Ingredients
- Chicken Drumsticks – 5 medium sized
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onions – 2 medium
- Green Chillies (Slit) – 4
- Curry Leaves – A sprig
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Red Chillie Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
- Fenu Greek Powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Oil – as required
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 2 cup
- Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker sauté onions and curry leaves till brownish.
- Add the spices and salt to taste into the cooker and mix with fried onions.
- Reduce heat and add ginger garlic paste.
- Saute for a few minutes on low heat until the spices masala turns a nice brown color.
- Add water along with chicken drumstick into the cooker and mix everything nicely so that the masala is coated on the chicken pieces.
- Close the cooker and cook on medium low heat for around 4-5 whistle.
- Wait for some time till the pressure come down.
- Remove the lid and now this time to serve hot….
